
Can you believe that these brownies have black beans in them? My Aunt told me about them (I have a great Aunt who is crafty and is amazing at cooking yummy healthy things. I am hoping that she will start a blog soon). She whipped some up and said they were
delicious. She
substituted carob for chocolate. This
recipe that I found has some sugar, but I was thinking that you could substitute that for my favorite natural
sweetener Agave. I am going to have to try this,
especially since I can't get enough chocolate lately.
By the way I also found some recipes for cake and cookies with chickpeas. It has never been more
delicious to be healthy!
